The Foundation was registered in Sweden 2017 and is under the full supervision of the County Administrative Board of Stockholm. The Foundation can not be affected by its funders or board members as the purpose and core statutes can under law never be changed.
1 § Digital Democracy
The foundation shall offer parties the opportunity to use the system in accordance with the statutes.
2 § System
The system should be based on the principle that each voter can choose to vote directly on proposals or to be represented. Only party members can write suggestions or represent others.
3 § License Requirements
The system shall, on behalf of the parties licensing the system, take the measures necessary to
A; Exclude members who violate basic democratic values such as the equal worth of everyone or a secular view of society
B; Suspend members who violate the App Store Review Guidelines or Google Developer Policies

4 § The Board
The Board shall consist of at least two members appointed by the founder for a period of two years with the possibility of re-election.
In the case of the founders demise, the board renews itself. The founder has the right to be elected chairman.
These Statutes may be amended without permission by the Authority by decision of a unanimous Board, with the exception of paragraphs 2, 5 and this paragraph.
5 § The Foundation
The foundation will manage the system as well as protect and promote the brand. The foundation may engage in business activities and support or conduct research in computer science to promote its purpose.
